• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or violate our policies.

4. Use of Services

For Candidates: You agree to use the platform only for lawful job-seeking purposes. You will not post incomplete, false, or inaccurate biographical information.

For Recruiters: You agree that any job posting is for a legitimate vacancy. You are prohibited from posting jobs that require an upfront fee from candidates.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Unitecore and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Unitecore, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
